In this space, you are invited to slow down and safely release what you’ve been holding without pressure, without expectation, and without judgment. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to begin. Sessions are scheduled at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for you.
